Each spring St. Ursula Villa students and faculty celebrate Fine Arts Day by participating in many different arts, music, and cultural activities both on and off campus.
This year's activities included a trip to Cincinnati Children’s Theatre for Kindergarten - 3rd grade students to see Shrek the Musical Jr. Fourth graders traveled to Sunwatch Indian Village, 5th graders developed painting and glazing skills at Paint and Bake, 6th graders visited The Islamic Centre, 7th graders created ceramics at Queen City Clay, and 8th graders learned glassblowing techniques at Neusole Glass. Meanwhile, on campus our youngest students enjoyed a Madcap Puppets production, 5th graders had fun enacting "Mad Libs" and dance classes were held on campus at many grade levels.
Students and faculty look forward to this special day which is funded through the Gino DiMario Memorial Fine Arts Fund. St. Ursula Villa also appreciates the support of the Ohio Arts Council for its transportation funding.
