Admissions/Enrollment Update
We have closed regular enrollment for the 2024-25 school year placement. If you are being transferred to the Cincinnati area or relocating locally, please contact Marta Runnels at or (513) 533-7373.
If you are interested in wait pool placement please submit a student application through our online portal. (Student Application includes a $75 non-refundable application fee.)
We encourage you to learn more about the Villa's programs by scheduling a campus tour through our Admissions Office at or (513) 533-7373.

Inquiry Form:
To request information about St. Ursula Villa's grades and programs, please complete and submit this Inquiry Form. We will reach out to you to schedule a tour, provide additional information, or help with your school search process.
St. Ursula Villa Admissions:
- Submit a Student Application via our online portal
- Provide student progress reports and academic records (within online Application Packet); 1st - 8th grade applicants will also spend a classroom "shadow day", modified for summer admissions
- Participate in student assessment (school will arrange for qualified applicants)

St. Ursula Villa seeks to enroll academically qualified students who represent a variety of interests and backgrounds. Preference is given to siblings of currently enrolled St. Ursula Villa students and children of St. Ursula Villa alumni.
