About the Villa
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of St. Ursula Villa. Its 21 members, each of whom brings skills and talents needed to carry out the Board's governance role, include a cross section of parents and others who have an interest in advancing the mission of the School. The Board elects its own members to three-year terms, with approximately one-third of the Trustees elected each year. The Board members as of July 1, 2005 include:
Much of the work of the Board of Trustees is accomplished in Committee. The standing committees of the Board include: Ursuline Identity, Board Development, Building & Grounds, Executive, Finance, Human Resources, and Resource Development. The Board of Trustees meets very other month in August, October, December, February, April, and June. The Annual Meeting is in June.
