Applications are accepted at all times. Students applying for 1st - 8th grades should also submit this Current School Release of Records and Recommendation Letter 20-21 to their current school. Records must be received and favorably reviewed before a "shadow day" is arranged.
Information from the Application, previous school records, test results, professional evaluations, and the shadow day is used in making the admission decision. Parents are notified of an offer to join St. Ursula Villa, and enrollment is finalized upon receipt of the signed Enrollment Contract and required $500.00 deposit.
As an important step in the Application process, qualified applicants will be invited to spend a day at St. Ursula Villa where they will "shadow" a Villa student. Providing a clear picture of a "Villa day," applicants will attend classes, participate in activities and meet students in the St. Ursula Villa community. The Villa "Ambassador" program assures a welcoming and informational experience for those who visit our school. Arrangements for a shadow day must be made through Marta Runnels ( or 513-533-7373) in order to coordinate the school's availability, needs, and requirements. Qualified applicants for grades 1 - 8 will be requested to shadow, with other transition opportunities for applicants to preschool through Kindergarten. A shadow day is arranged only after favorable review of student records.
